High vis workwear

21 November 2016

The Parka Shell Jacket 1000-928 (pictured) forms part of Danish company F. Engel's wide range of high visibility safety workwear that meets EN ISO 20 47100.

Each item in the range is produced with large fluorescent and reflective areas, ensuring the high levels of visibility day and night. LOXY high visibility reflector tape is used throughout the range.

Most garments are made with a high specification of polyester and cotton mix to give long term durability and provide a comfortable fit, giving stretch and freedom of movement. Attention is also paid to details such as concealed zip and stud fastenings for added weather protection, and secure, functional pockets. Linings made from a soft and durable blended fabric of 70% polyester and 30% cotton, with a 100% filament yarn warp and a mixed fibre weft, provide guaranteed inner warmth.

Most items have a water, oil and dirt repellent finish and the fabrics have been tested to comply with the EN ISO standards to 50+ industrial or domestic wash cycles. The workwear is available from www.servicemattersni.co.uk (Roscommon),  http://www.protecwear.co.uk/  (Ballymoney)  and Task (NI) Limited (Newtownabbey, County Antrim).
