Maintec 2018: New format, new features

06 December 2017

Returning to the NEC on the new dates of 6th and 7th November 2018, the new-format two-day Maintec event will feature a brand-new working demonstration area on the showfloor in addition to two theatres – Maintec Summit and Maintec Dialogue.

Changes to Maintec are being carefully guided by the event's new owners – Western Business Exhibitions – who, in 2017, delivered the most successful event in the shows’ recent history, delivering a 62% increase in visitor numbers.

RMS Components, Xetec, Shire Systems, eMaint, Festo and UE Systems are just a few of the maintenance, asset management and plant manufacturers and suppliers who have confirmed their attendance at Maintec 2018.

These returning exhibitors will be joined by companies such as Bijur Delimon, Hunter Selection and Megger, all of whom will be exhibiting at the event for the first time.

The Seminar programme is taking shape and will reflect today's . Tim Else, events director at WBE, comments: I believe we must provide greater choice and strength of educational content. I want to focus on the cutting edge engineering technologies that are available to maintenance professionals. Our speaker profile will reflect a mixture of the latest thinking, looking both at existing and emerging technologies.
