The 4VT Series of steam boilers from Controlled Flame Boilers is suitable for producing both the volume and quality of dry steam required for moulding as well as drying and coating operations.

Fired by natural gas, propane or oil, the boilers provide reliable and energy efficient solutions and are said to offer low cost of ownership.

The tubeless design ensures efficient use of combustion gases by passing the generated heat over the water heating surfaces four times, via specially engineered ports and directional fins. This cuts the amount of energy required to generate steam, reducing the cost of operating the system. Steam produced is said to have an exceptionally good dryness factor.
