The O2Mation Model AV550 from Yokogawa is an averaging oxygen analyser designed for use in large fossil fuel burning processes such as power stations, where combustion gas analysis is a key factor in optimising plant efficiency and economy as well as meeting emission requirements.

The AV550 uses Yokogawa's experience in Xirconia-based combustion oxygen sensing and a range of tools designed to provide users with useful technical support.

These include intuitive colour touch-screen operation and powerful diagnostic tools that use historical process data to cut measurement downtime, predictive calibration data, cell asymmetry alarms and detector validation features. These reduce the number of redundant calibrations.

The O2Mation is based on a modular design and has redundant CPU configuration.
