Babcock Wanson's BW72H steam boiler control system offers users 72h fully approved, unattended operation and 30 days uninterrupted steaming along with enhanced system monitoring and security. Daily boiler water level control checks are replaced by a simple 15min test every 72h, which can be completed without stopping the boiler.

This avoids interference with normal operational/production requirements and the weekly boiler water level control mandatory evaporation test is replaced with a monthly test, offering a reduction in manning and operational costs.
