The claim 'Magnatech products will reduce hydrocarbon fuel consumption of a boiler by at least 6%' has now been independently verified by Mouchel. The company examined all aspects of Magnatech's products and a number of installations, and has now awarded it the TRITECH ETV certificate.

"It's reassuring to know that others have independently proven that our products do what they say on the tin," says Ian Gander, MD of Magnatech Fuel Conditioning.

TRITECH stands for 'three technologies' associated with soil remediation, waste water treatment, and energy. ETV is Environmental Technology Verification.

The scheme is a pilot project for a European Union ETV scheme.
