Compressors on show July 1st 2007 On Stand 228 at this year's Energy
Show, CompAir will be raising
awareness of the benefits of
investing in new, technologically
advanced compressors which can
significantly lower a company's
energy consumption. CompAir will
exhibit the Hydrovane HV11RS
vertical rotary vane compressor
available with the company's
reduced energy venting system
REVS technology which keeps off
load power to a minimum. The
vertical design means the
compressor and electric motor are
directly coupled, reducing the
footprint and noise level.
The newest addition to
CompAir's oil-injected rotary screw
range, the L45SRF will also be on
show. Featuring an integrated
refrigeration dryer for a compact
solution and a switched reluctance
variable speed drive, the
compressor can achieve energy
savings of up to 25% when
compared to a typical oil lubricated
rotary screw machine. CompAir will
also be running demonstrations of
their compressor energy logging
approach, which gives users the
opportunity to see the real cash
savings achievable. More articles from Gardner Denver Limited: |
