An EnergAir compressed air management system reduces compressor energy consumption by closely matching system pressure to demand and reducing off-load running or idling.

A basic arrangement uses an Enercon system controller to ensure all compressors on any one ring main operate more efficiently.

More advanced systems use the company’s software to provide live monitoring and feedback that can show equipment status and system pressure on-screen. Display parameters include accurate metering of power consumption in kW/h, air production volume in m3.

A pro-active level includes an automated warning service that can be triggered, for example, by efficiency drops.
