High output, oil-free compressor range
May 1st 2005

Jun-air has introduced a new high output oil-free compressor range that features 50/60Hz dual frequency as standard.

With an output of 130L/min at 8bar, the OF1200 offers a useful 45% increase over the company’s OF300, expanding the potential applications for the oil-free range.

The 50/60hz dual frequency provides a high level of flexibility for exporting OEMs as the OF1200 can operate anywhere in the world without the need for modification.

Versions are also available to operate at 10bar maximum pressure.

Like all Jun-Air oil-free compressors, the new machine is vibration-free and quiet, operating at just 76dB(A) as free standing units. When housed in the optional silent-running cabinets that the company plans to introduce later this year, the noise level will be reduced to 47dB(A).

The new range features the same cooling system, wear-resisting piston rings and manufacturing technology as the OF300 and is designed for 100% reliability in continuous operation.

Units are constructed with fewer moving parts in order to reduce wear and provide maximum reliability, minimum maintenance and a long working life. Receivers are internally coated to guarantee an air supply that is in optimum condition.
