Busch (UK) offers side channel blowers for applications with pulsation-free vacuum or blast air demand. The Somos SB can be installed horizontally or vertically and replaces the company’s SE unit.

It is assembled as a complete machine, and aluminium die cast construction and thick shaft diameter make it durable. Increased shaft length means the pump has one shaft running through the entire machine. The front end bearing is sited after the impeller so does not overhang the motor, limiting vibration and increasing the life span of the pump.
