Heating units
September 1st 2007 When engineering company,
Stekko, needed a precision
temperature control for its custombuilt
stainless steel jacketed vessels,
it called in Tricool Engineering to
design the heating units.
Jacketed vessels are specialised
pieces of equipment used widely in
the pharmaceutical industry and
are engineered to cope with
temperatures from 80 to -2°C.
Tricool designed and made a
5kW thermoregulator to provide
accurate temperature control. The
unit circulates water through a
closed circuit that maintains the
temperature of the jacketed vessel's
