Savings tower
July 1st 2008 Efficient Air, an independent
company, assesses the HVAC
performance of a building and says
it can significantly reduce its
energy load by combining efficient
air movement technology with
optimised system operation.
The company will exhibit
alongside its sister company,
Efficient Air Consulting that
specialises in HVAC system surveys
and inspections for organisations
that need to meet new energy
performance directives and secure
maximum carbon and energy
savings under TM44 by 4/1/09.
Efficient Air Consulting
completed a TM44 inspection at
the Tower of London, where its
survey aggregated a total energy
reduction of 429 430kWh or 22%,
equating to a cost saving of £22 370
a year and a CO2 reduction of 236t.
