Metal halide lamp specialist Venture Lighting Europe has launched a new range of open rated horizontal tubular lamps.

They are for use in low bay luminaires for warehouses, retail sheds, showrooms and other commercial and industrial applications. Designed for horizontal operation +/-75°, the clear tubular lamps have a UV shield for protection against UV radiation and are rated for use in open luminaires.

The formed body arc tubes provide a high light output and long lamp life. There is also a Whitelux version in the range that offers a direct replacement for HPS lamps
