The Claude Lyons PowerSave Energy Saving Regulator is reported to cut electrical energy costs by up to 25%.

At 240V, the UK mains voltage tends to be at the high end of electrical equipment specifications.

The PowerSave controllably reduces this to more closely match the actual needs of onsite equipment; achieving savings directly through reduced energy consumption, and indirectly through extending electrical equipment lifetime while reducing maintenance expense.
