Ultrasonic leak detector listed
July 1st 2004 Alpine Components believes its range of Ultraprobes to be the only handheld ultrasonic leak detectors to meet the Governments stringent criteria (detect a pinhole leak at a pressure of 7bar at 20m). The instruments are included on the Energy Technology List.
Ultraprobes detect the ultrasound created by compressed air, gas or vacuum leaks, faulty steam traps and passing valves, bearing wear and high voltage arcing, and can be used while a plant is in full production. More articles from Alpine Components Ltd: |
