Full ECA status

Elcomponent believes it is one of the first companies to be granted full ECA Status for its entire range of portable energy analysers and sub-metering (AM&T) systems. Bill Gysin, managing director, says This is a fantastic boost for Elcomponent and our customers. Weve known for years that savings of over 15% are regularly achieved through sub-metering, but this is effectively a vote of confidence from the government who are saying yes, we recognise that this technology works and ranks with variable speed drives and low-energy light bulbs when it comes to saving money are reducing carbon emissions.
