Britvic soft Drinks has installed two TS20 200 compressors from Sullair to supply its entire Leeds bottling plant with compressed air.

The two machines each replace three oil-free machines and have been supplied with filtration and desiccant dryer system. The air they generate comes into contact with the product as it operates the bottling machinery and is of a better quality than Britvic was previously able to produce.

Mark Peacock, co-director of distributor Advanced Compressor Engineering, comments “Britvic has been delighted with the compressors. They are on a 2-year payback of the cost of installation through the energy saving achieved, and their service costs are just 15% of what they were.”
