Helping SMEs secure 0% loans
November 1st 2008 With the Carbon Trust doubling its
interest free energy efficiency loans
to £200,000, MRO equipment
distributor, Brammer, is urging UK
manufacturing firms to act quickly.
With £31million in loans available
to SMEs Brammer's head of
marketing, Jeremy Salisbury, says
firms should determine whether all
machinery is as energy efficient as
it could be.
He says the firm can provide
impartial technical advice and
energy audits, and recommend
equipment that will reduce energy
consumption, cost savings and a
lower carbon footprint. It will also
help in preparing a rapid loan
application. Funding rule changes
mean that approved project costs
