No cutting September 1st 2005 Legris Transair pipe installations can be extended or modified in minutes without cutting. The pipe is simply drilled with a lightweight tool and a Transair bracket assembled and seated into its correct position by a locating lug. Pipework is then quickly tightened within the bracket and is ready for use.
A new generation of Transair quick-assembly brackets offers the benefit of higher flow levels.
Three models are available for aluminium pipework according to the needs of the application.
Features include a device with sideways loop to retain condensate. For workstations or equipment that must be moved easily, a mini bracket is available for use with flexible drops from the air supply. For applications that need constant uptime, a pressurised outlet bracket lets pipework be drilled without interference to the operation and with no need to vent the system.
