Striving for accreditation
January 1st 2008

Hire company, A-Plant is working towards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditation to enhance the company's safety and environmental procedures.

By having its environmental, health and safety risk management systems independently assessed by the British Standards Institute, through ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditation, A-Plant believes its customers will see a number of benefits.

The company's EHS management system is based on the following principles: Prevention of pollution, including waste, fuel emissions and noise Prevention of accidents and occupational ill health Minimisation of energy, material use and the production of waste Effective and responsible waste management and disposal.
