CLEAN, DRY AIR
January 1st 2004

Pro dry, a new range of heatless desiccant compressed air dryers from Walker Filtration, have been designed to provide a controlled, economical supply of ultra clean, dry air.

With eight models in the range and flow rates from 10 to 112Nm3/h, they are supplied with an intelligent electronic processor. This has an in-built central processing unit that offers features ranging from a simple power on indicator to a service warning.

The processor can recognise any voltage between 100 and 240vac and any voltage between 12 and 24vdc.

Supplied as standard with 0.01 micron oil removal filtration and integral 1 micron dust filter to prevent particulate entering downstream, the air is thoroughly cleaned and then desiccated down to -40 or -70C pressure dewpoint, meeting the requirements of iso 8573:1-2001 (E).

The user can monitor the dryer remotely via pc or locally via the diagnostics display. A self-monitoring diagnostic display on the front of the dryer enables the user to observe its functions. leds show when the desiccant towers are on-line and when the electronic drain valve is functioning.
