Denca Controls has designed,developed and installed all necessary control system solutions as required to operate the WFI (Water for Injection) pharmaceutical grade water system at the brand new National Biomanufacturing Centre in Speke.

As part of the National Bio contract, Denca's remit involved engineering design, software development, incorporating PLC and SCADA, control panel manufacture, on-site installation and full validation and commissioning support. Working within a 15m2 plant area, Denca used Siemens S7 300 plcs for purified water and WFI management.
