Purification system meets university challenge September 1st 2007 Purite has supplied the
Open University
Department of Biological
Science in Milton Keynes
with a purification system to
improve the quality of
laboratory water.
The Purite Prestige
Descale reverse osmosis
unit, associated ring main
and Neptune polisher
system are said to provide
a cost effective solution to
traditionally time-consuming
laboratory distillation
methods by supplying a
consistent flow of high
quality water to various
outlets within the facilities.
In particular, the system
allows users to increase
productivity and operate
more efficiently while
reducing maintenance costs.
At the core of the system
is the Purite Prestige
Descale unit, which acts as
a centralised system for the
distribution of water to 13
different locations. It purifies
up to 2000L of mains water
per day. More articles from Purite Limited: |
