CKF Systems has installed a replacement case conveying system for Cadbury Trebor Bassett at its site in Bournville. The system is located at the interface between the main production floor and the central automated palletising operation. The system comprises two twin lane spiral de-elevators complete with associated interfacing conveyors –operating at speeds of up to 50m/min –and integral control system.

All equipment is of a stainless steel construction and of modular design to optimise delivery through restricted access apertures and incorporates autolubrication, full guarding and profiled guides.
