Manufacturer of dry powdered and granular foods, Phoenix Foods, contacted Crawford UK regarding externally located sliding folding doors, which did not meet loading/unloading requirements or provide protection against pest, external debris and particle ingress.

The Crawford solution incorporates a high speed door with a side weather protection screen, including a removable bottom panel for cleaning purposes. Crawford also installed a new steel frame with a galvanised side screen. The E1000 high speed door operates via floor induction loops.

The company also installed safety barriers to the doors.
