The Dehn conductor system comprises components to maintain the critical separation distance that is a key parameter in the planning and installation of lightning protection systems.

Maintaining the separation distance (determined by calculations specified in the new EN62305-3 standard), is essential to prevent dangerous flashovers between external lightning protection systems and internal conductive elements such as electrical wiring and equipment.

The system can be used where it is important that there is no possibility of partial lightning currents entering buildings containing sensitive electronic equipment.

Also available are the Dehniso Combi, an isolated air-termination system that protects rooftop structures, and the Dehnventil, a device that combines the functions of a lightning-current arrestor with those of a surge arrester.
