National Adhesives, has launched a package sealing solution - Easy-Pac.

The char-free adhesive has a melt temperature of only 90-100oC, so charred adhesive never has a chance to form. As a result there is no clogging of filters, hoses and nozzles - thus a major cause of production line disruption is eliminated.

Easy-Pac-package sealing solution also includes a new hot melt dispensing unit for each packaging line. The unit comes complete with an Autofill integrated automatic vacuum fed system, providing a safer closed system and ensuring a constant level of hot melt in the dispensing tank.

The equipment comes with a 3 year warranty and guarantee of no replacement parts costs for 3 years.
