Tough surface
March 1st 2006

When the top two decks of St Giles multi-storey carpark in Norwich needed renovation work, Makers UK removed 25mm of worn and damaged asphalt, repaired the concrete decking and replaced worn joints. The prepared surface was then coated with Sikafloor-350, a polyurethane membrane to provide a durable surface that is resistant to UV, weather, chemicals and abrasion.

Available from Sika, it has good dynamic and static crack-bridging ability even down to -20°C.
