For heavy jobs that demand a stronger-than-normal truck, Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks offers the AC-powered FB series which offers capacities of 4, 4.5 and 5t.

Highly manoeuvrable and stable, and with minimal emissions, the truck is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The advantages gained from AC power include high torque, even at fast speeds, as well as rapid acceleration and smooth operation. Acceleration, speed and braking can be adjusted to suit load, application and driver due to an advanced MOSFET controller.

Safety features include an automatically-applied parking brake, anti-rollback system and automatic speed reduction.
