KEG clamps keeps barrels rolling

When customer demand necessitated Blacksheep Brewery changing from traditional keg handling to using a clamp system, the brewery decided that the Kaup keg clamp from B&B Attachments offered the best specification and life expectancy,

Now, three Kaup keg clamps attached to Mitsubishi counterbalance trucks provide the brewery with good visibility and a fast, reliable operation.

A key factor in Blacksheep Brewery's decision to purchase the Kaup keg clamps was the fact that the Kaup unit is a genuine clamp and is able to pick up the straight sided kegs it uses, as well as traditional barrel shapes.

The clamps have a low profile stabiliser with long lasting rubber pads, wear indicators on times, solenoid valve and end of stroke cushioning on side shift movement.

Available in alternative operating ranges, non-side shifting versions and varying time and stabiliser lengths, Kaup keg clamps enable a secure grip of kegs and casks as well as easy pallet handling without removal of the centre tine.
