With 400 cans a minute coming off the finishing line, Baxters Food Group in Scotland needs an efficient materials handling fleet

After carrying out a site survey, Toyota Industrial Equipment recommended a 7FBRE reach truck to cope with the work previously done by two trucks

Scott Bryson, national accounts manager, explains "The 7FBRE is a highly productive machine with outstanding reliability. Its powerful performance is well suited to intensive shunting movements in a compact area. With 360° electronic power steering, it’s an ideal machine for navigating confined spaces around the production line.” The fleet also includes 20 powered pallet movers, three stackers and 16 counterbalanced forklifts. The list rises to almost 50 with short term hire equipment.
