Engineers is the exclusive supplier
of batteries and chargers for
Doosan's new 24 V AC powered
battery counterbalance forklift truck
range. With the launch of this new
1 to 1.6 tonne family, which is the
latest addition to its Pro-5 range,
Doosan are responding to changes
in the market where smaller battery
models have become more
prevalent. "Reliability is an
important part of this and we do
not hear of any problems with
Powercell, so Doosan and
Powercell clearly complement each
other," says Darren White, UK
general sales manager at Doosan.
"The 24 V market is a new sector
for Doosan so these were
important considerations in our
decision to make Powercell a
