Safety and productivity
July 1st 2004

The Hi-Rise Panoramic from Nissan offers lift truck drivers operating with tall loads the benefit of better forward visibility.

The truck is a raised level, engine powered counterbalanced unit with 2, 2.5 and 3t lift capacities. It is suitable for handling raw materials in large bags, vertical transfer of tall gas cylinders and in brewing and bottling operations where tall loads are palletised.

In raising the height of the operators platform by 250mm above equivalent models, Nissan has increased the new trucks potential for safety and productivity.

In a typical work cycle, the improved forward visibility has reduced the need for the truck to travel in reverse by more than 10%. That forward visibility has been further enhanced through the introduction of a special new mast from Nissan where cross memebers have been raised to remove them from the operators line of sight.
