Serious business for Joystick
March 1st 2006 Hyster has introduced a new fourfunction joystick control option to the j1.60-2.00XT ACX, three wheel, front wheel driver truck series. This particular range of trucks made its debut in the market last year, playing on ergonomics, AC performance and extended battery shift life, combined with the smallest aisle width of any truck in its class.
An adjustable electro-hydraulic armrest allows handling comfort and can now be supplied with either the new Joystick option or mini-level control to suit operator preferences or the needs of the application.
The range of ergonomic features also includes demand-sense steering; 'no-pause' direction changing' an automatic park brake, a fully adjustable, full suspension seat; multi-position adjustable tilt-steering column, a clear LCD dash display that doubles up with diagnostic functions and Hyster's well-known trademark, the Monotrol direction control pedal.
