Available from Palway are two products to increase the efficient and safe operation of forklift trucks.

The Chainweigh system incorporates loadcells into the lift chain anchor bolts, providing a simple, cost effective way of monitoring loads lifted. Palway says the system provides accuracy typically better than 1%. Specially engineered forks each have two 1t capacity loadcells, giving a robust platform with very slight increase in weight and lost load centre.

The Colt scale is said to provide accuracy to better than 1kg/t, and does not affect visibility. Stockchecking can be achieved without removing pallets from locations.
