Two Kaup sideshifting block clamps, supplied through B&B Attachments, are providing Durisol's new manufacturing plant in Crumlin, South Wales with the necessary performance and adjustable pressure needed to handle recycled building blocks.

Fitted to two Caterpillar 3000kg trucks, the block clamps are used to gently lift the wall form units and take them to the storage area after they have been left on the floor to solidify for 24h and then three days later to move them to the trimmer to be cut and wrapped for distribution.

The two 2T414-1A sideshifting block clamps have articulating arms, which are bonded with four rubber panels. The clamp has cylinder protection to ensure longevity and to withstand the tough environment.
