Rewarded for innovation

Chloride Motive Power has won the Institute of Transport Management award for Innovation for Technological Service 2007 for its Liberator battery range. The company was recognised by the Institute for its 'top quality production values, and a commitment to high levels of customer and environmental standards'.

The Liberator range provides three battery solutions for motive cells, simplifying the choices available to customers Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Nigel Darke of CMP says "By looking at whole life costs as opposed to simply looking at the initial capital outlay, organisations can make big energy savings and reduce their carbon footprint."
