Helps to move cable drums
January 1st 2004

At Pirelli Cables in Wrexham, a third Hi-Torque Power Pusher has been delivered to move large cable drums. Supplied by Nu-Star Material Handling, the pedestrian-operated, battery powered tug unit is designed to push rolling loads up to 40 000kg in weight. Measuring 1.4m long and 670mm wide, it is highly manoeuvrable and completely self-contained, with no trailing wires or air lines.
