Red shocks
May 1st 2006 A damage deterrent device, small enough to be not just on but inside a device to indicate when an impact has occurred, is offered by Lamerholm Electronics.
The ShockWatch Clip is based on the established ShockWatch label but are even smaller. The clear tube on the clip turns red when activated. This cannot be reversed, thus providing evidence that mishandling has occurred. The Clips are self adhesive and are available in a range of shock levels from 10-150 g.
