Speedy Strapping Solution

Mosca's expertise in installing strapping machinery quickly and efficiently has provided CHEP Automotive Europe with high quality strapping of automotive containers without disruption to production at its service centre in Birmingham.

Having witnessed the successful installation of a Mosca machine in CHEP's facility in the Castrop service centre in Germany, Mike Harrison, projects engineer for the company's automotive sector, believed that Mosca had the credentials for the task.

He comments "The speed and reliability of Mosca's strapping solutions is matched by the commitment and quality of its service and support. It only took Mosca a weekend to install its KZV311, after which it has continued to perform excellently."

The KZV311 fully automated pallet strapping machine features an extended 50mm friction-welded sealing head for improved seal efficiency. Its compact design incorporates a moveable strapping head, and a lance strapping through the pallet void.
