The compact, low-cost Sato AL800 series of on-line label applicators comprises units that are easy to use and maintain, yet reliable in everyday use.

The series is said to be ideal as an entry level system for companies that need automatic labelling for the first time. It can be used to add primary and decorative labels to a wide variety of packs in the food and manufacturing sectors.

The device applies labels from 15 to 200mm long and 15 to 80mm wide at selectable speeds from 5 to 30m/min to the top, side or bottom of packs. A sponge roller ensures labels are applied without wrinkling and adhere firmly. An LCD gives step-by-step instructions and error messages
