September 1st 2004 SATO UK’s new label printer is aimed at businesses that need to produce quality barcodes and other printed labels, but don’t require the volumes to justify more expensive, heavy duty equipment.
Though an easy-to-use entry level unit, the technology inside the sturdy yet compact CX400 is said to make it a versatile and reliable on-demand printing system that can produce labels with barcodes, standard text or graphics by either direct thermal or thermal transfer processes.
The machine has a 32-Bit, high speed RISC processor and can be driven using Sato’s own Label gallery suite of software that can be tailored to specific needs.
