Making a mark

Linx Printing technologies' IJ600 large character impulse Jet printer can print high resolution codes and text from 1.4 to 70mm high and is providing Riello Burners with a practical solution to its marking requirements. Riello makes electric burners for bakery ovens and air conditioning systems. According to company policy, every box has to be marked with the customer logo and specific order details. Previously Riello used pre-printed cartons, but this system was deemed inefficient due to the associated high costs and the requirement for a large warehouse storage space. The Linx IJ600 has reduced reliance on pre-printed cartons and enabled use of a single carton design across all customers.
