Earlier this year, HHP launched the IMAGETEAM 5800 - the first industrial class reader to incorporate the Adaptus imaging technology. HHP has added to this new product by announcing that it is available with an integrated aimer beam

The IT5800’s new aimer beam makes the targeting of bar code symbols both fast and simple. In bright light and long-distance reading applications, it gives faster decoding and a longer reading range than standard laser scanners. It is more than six times faster than moving beam laser scanners with an operating speed of 270 scans and decodes per second.
