Enhancements have been made to the 5200 Series print and apply labeller from Weber Marking Systems to make the machine even easier to operate and to help maximise machine up time. Operators can now make adjustments to the label position on a product while the machine is running. Similarly, if the applicator fails to apply a label, the applicator arm will reset itself after 3sec and the label will be discarded. The line can be kept running and a new label will be generated and applied to the next product. A new mounting arm allows the applicator 360 movement, and the control panel allows faster access to change machine configurations.
