Weyfringe Labelling Systems has launched a new range of thermal transfer label printers. The H and V Series are feature rich, yet competitively priced. The larger of the two is the H Series, in 203 and 300dpi versions. It comes with free unlimited use label design and print software. When difficult environments preclude the use of a pc, it can be operated as a stand-alone printer. A large, multi-line lcd keeps the operator informed of printer status and prompts for variable data entry in stand-alone mode. The V Series is intended for less demanding applications and has a compact, yet sturdy clamshell design. It offers a print speed of up to 150mm/sec and holds a full size 300m long ribbon roll.
