Cobalt IS has introduced a pallet labelling system with self-checking capabilities that offers a secure, high speed solution for barcode and RFID labelling to EAN and epcglobal standards.

Designed to perform unattended in challenging environments, the system has extensive self-checking and correction routines, including precision positioning, barcode verify (and reprint) before apply, epccode validate (and reject) before apply, label presence checks, and label stock monitoring.

Labels are verified and validated before and after application, with automatic reject, reprint and reapply functions to ensure that no pallet is ever poorly identified.

Achieving up to 120 moving pallets per hour, a single labeller can handle pallet feed from multiple lines.
