The water-based Lock n’ Pop pallet stabilisation system from Limpet Tapes not only improves stability, but is said to increase automation and give environmental benefits.

It can reduce packaging waste such as wraps, straps and bindings and, in some instances, eliminates these items altogether.

Applied in liquid form, it ‘locks’ packaging surfaces together, preventing lateral movement of any kind. However, with an upward lift, the surfaces ‘pop’ apart leaving no sticky residue and without damage to either surface.

Non-toxic, water soluble and biodegradable, the system is suitable for use on sacks, bags, boxes or multipacks.
