Double-deck dock lifts are quick to install

double-deck dock lifts from
Transdek UK has been
expanded to include units with
capacity for 24 roll cages.
The equipment, which has a
SWL of 12t, is supplied as fully selfcontained
pods that can be
installed and commissioned in less
than two days. Units are delivered
on low-loader trailers, positioned
by crane and simply bolted to the
ground and building.
By fabricating and testing the
double-deck lifts before delivery,
Transdek further reduces
installation times and minimises
authorities.Due to its compact
design, the equipment uses just
one conventional loading bay area
and can be moved easily and fitted
elsewhere
The new Transdek double-deck
lifts have full weather protection
and thermal insulation
and allow fixed-deck
trailers carrying up to
75 standard roll-cages
to be unloaded in less
than 20min.
As a vehicle docks,
a single touch-button
activates the dock
seals and the shutter
doors. Included are
heavy duty buffers,
traffic lights,
floodlights, standard
or inflatable dock seals
and purpose-built wheel guides
