Handles doublestacked containers
March 1st 2007

A mobile lifting platform from Transdek can be used to load and unload double-stacked containers, allowing customers to increase their external storage capacity.

The platform consists of a strong tubular steel frame with large wheels on each corner that can be lowered to the ground when it needs to be moved, either by staff or fork lift truck. Once positioned against a pair of containers, the wheels are retracted and straps attached to hold it in position.

The platform is 2.4m wide by 2m deep, has a load capacity of 2t and 3m maximum lift.
